TIMining Drillit is a real-time drill and blast management software that allows the monitoring of deviations of the process, as well as the progress and compliance of the drilling plan. Drillit performs an automatic QC of drilling and explosive charge, and displays the status, performance and tracking of the drill rigs online. In addition, it has an APP for on-site supervisors for real-time data monitoring at any place in the mine.

Drillit connects to drilling equipment management systems, explosive charge data and other information systems automatically. This data is filtered, processed and transformed into highly visual information and knowledge in a geo-referenced environment.
Drillit will report the progress of the drilling plan and the estimated finish dates for each polygon. With this information, users can estimate when the holes can be charged, and make immediate decisions if re-scheduling is needed to increase the weekly plan compliance.
Drillit detects quality deviations in drilling and explosives loading automatically, displaying them in a geo-referenced environment and generating real-time alerts.
In addition to quality control, Drillit has a complete set of geo-referenced views in a 3D environment to support decision-making: drillhole density map, drilling speeds, drilling plan compliance, explosive density map, block model (UGT).
With Drillit users can check the status, performance, availability and utilization of the drilling fleet within the shift or daily. Get extra drilled meters by tracking the drill rigs path, giving feedback to operators.
Drillit displays areas over or under charged with explosives, so the next holes charges can be adjusted in the short term.
Drillit displays detailed information for each drillhole: collar and length deviations, drilling duration, operational parameters meter by meter (RPM, Pulldown, Bit Air Pressure, Torque), quantity and type of the charged explosive, and presence of water.
On-site supervisors can access process KPIs in real time: drill rigs conditions, location and performance, drilled holes within the last 24 hours, plan compliance, and quality deviations.

To use Drillit, it is necessary to have access to the data from the fleet management systems. Additionaly, it is ideal to have access to drilling plans, explosive charging, block model and updated mine topographies
Drillit is compatible with all major fleet management systems: Surface Manager Epiroc, ProVision Modular Mining, Fleet Terrain Caterpillar, Wenco Systems, Jigsaw, VIST and others. In addition, it can be connected to any information source type
With Drillit the users can monitor in real-time. If the drill rigs systems update their server’s data minute by minute, the information in Drillit will also be updated at the same scale of time. The monitoring will depend on the update frequency of these systems
With Drillit you can check the quality control of the drilling, both collar (x,y) and length deviations (z). Also, users can control the explosive charge (type and quantity compliance)
Drillit displays multiple process indicators: drilling speed, effective performance, fleet utilization and availability, deviations from the design, operational parameters (RPM, Torque, Bit Air Pressure and Pulldown), compliance and deviations from the drill plan
Drillit supports users from different levels: Superintendents, Specialist D&B/QAQC Engineers and on-site Supervisors
